Pricing and Payment
Website design and management services start at $90 per month with no upfront setup fee. Fees are billed monthly and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and any materials (such as text, images and brand assets) needed for your project, and to respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, designs, code and other materials we create remain our property, and you are granted a licence to use them as part of your active subscription. Content you supply remains yours.
Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of services we do not control.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Ongoing monthly services continue until cancelled.
